Alan C. Tjeltveit has a Ph.D. in clinical psychology and completed a clinical internship at the University of Minnesota. A psychotherapist since 1978, he has taught undergraduate and graduate students, contributed articles to CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY REVIEW and PSYCHOTHERAPY and chaired a psychological association ethics committee. He is Associate Professor of Psychology at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, where he maintains a clinical practice.
